Inner Light Psychological Services is conveniently located in Greenland, New Hampshire, in the heart of the New Hampshire Seacoast.

The office is easily accessible from Portsmouth, Exeter, Durham, Dover, Hampton, Rye, Newmarket, York, Kittery, Newburyport, Andover, and many surrounding communities, with convenient access from I-95, Route 16, and Route 33.

Both in-person and telehealth appointments are available depending on the service being provided and the individual's needs.
